Locherlour Mill

The renovation of B-Listed Locherlour Mill, was Corryard’s first major renovation project, and we won the Scottish and UK Awards for the Best Large Renovation in the UK from the Federation of Master Builders.  As you can see from the ‘before’ photos, the Mill was in very poor condition when Corryard purchased the building, and in just 12 months converted into a 5 star self-catering property, sleeping 20 people. We installed the geothermal ground source pump with underfloor heating which worked extremely well.
